Privacy Notice

Each product page on this site carries an order form that asks for just two details: your name and your telephone number. We forward them to the seller, whose adviser rings you back to confirm the order; payment is made on delivery. This notice sets out what happens to that data and what applies if you choose the link to the seller's website instead.

What data we receive

Only the name and telephone number you enter in the order form yourself. We do not ask for your address, email address or payment details, and the form does not send them to us.

Your IP address and standard technical data (such as browser type) are sent with the request; the seller's affiliate network uses them to protect against fake orders.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message and use them only to reply to you.

Why we use it and who receives it

The request has one purpose: to be passed to the seller, who accepts and fulfils the order. The seller's adviser calls you back to confirm the price, the number of packs and delivery; you pay the seller on delivery.

The recipient is the seller, through its affiliate network. We do not sell this data, do not pass it to anyone else and do not use it for marketing.

The legal basis is your own request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract): without a name and number, a call-back is not possible. Protection against duplicate orders and resending after a technical fault rely on our legitimate interest in handling requests reliably (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

We do not run our own order database: the request goes to the seller and does not build up with us.

For 30 days we keep a technical note that a request for this product has already been sent from this number, so that a second click on the button does not create a duplicate order. After 30 days the note is deleted automatically.

If a request cannot be passed to the seller because of a technical fault, it is kept for up to 7 days so that sending can be retried, and is then deleted.

What happens when you follow a link to a seller

Besides the form, product pages link to another website: the seller's. From the moment you arrive there, the seller's own privacy notice applies, not ours.

These links are affiliate links. So that a purchase can be credited to us, the seller or its affiliate network may set cookies or similar technologies when you arrive through the link. We do not control them; they are described in the seller's notice, and the seller is responsible for asking for your consent where the law requires it.

If you fill in an order form on the seller's website, your data goes straight to that seller and not through us. We recommend reading the privacy notice of the site where you actually place your order.

Technical data

Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider, which processes standard technical data of the request (IP address, browser type, page requested) in order to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. Some resources, such as the web font used on the pages, are loaded from third-party servers, which receive the same standard technical data.

The site stores only your country choice in your browser, so the portal does not ask again. This setting stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Your rights and contact

Under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to find out what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and, in some cases, to data portability.

The order itself is held by the seller, so a request about it should go to the seller. For the data that passed through this site (including the 30-day note) and for questions about this site, write to the email address in our details. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Changes to this notice

If we change what data we collect, we will update this notice first. The version on this page is the one that applies.
