Where the ingredients come from
We take the ingredient list from the product's packaging or from the brand's own product page, not from advertising copy and not from the promotional material of affiliate programmes.
We reproduce the ingredients as the brand and the packaging state them; the full ingredient list and the recommended daily intake are on the packaging that the page points to.
If the packaging and the brand's page differ in some detail, the packaging takes priority: it is the document the buyer receives together with the product.
Which statements we allow ourselves
For a food supplement, we use only wording consistent with the EU Register of nutrition and health claims (ec.europa.eu). Where no authorised claim exists for an ingredient, we name the ingredient and describe its role in the formulation without attributing an effect to it.
We do not write that a product treats, cures or prevents a disease. Such claims may not be made for food supplements or cosmetics.
We describe cosmetic products as care for the skin, nails or feet, not as therapy.
Prices
The price comes from the seller's page on the day we checked, and it changes with promotions, availability and region.
That is why the price on our page is a guide, not an offer. What counts is the price the seller confirms when you order: by phone if you use our form, or on the seller's page if you order there.
Editorial rating and customer reviews
The rating on a product page comes from the editors, not from buyers. It is made up of four criteria on a scale of 1 to 5: ingredients and transparency, ease of use, packaging and format, and value for money. The overall score is the average of the criteria and is clearly labelled as an editorial rating.
Customer reviews on the pages describe everyday experience with the product: ease of use, format, packaging, delivery and whether it met expectations. They do not replace medical advice and contain no medical claims.
The rating is not lowered for what the brand has not published.
Corrections
If you find a mistake on a page, whether in the ingredients, the directions or the price, write to the email address in our details. We correct factual errors and do not argue with an accurate correction.
