- Turpentine oil — Pine-derived oil with a long history in traditional warming rubs and liniments.
- Menthol — Crystalline compound from mint that gives the cool, fresh sensation on application.
- Cinnamon oil — Essential oil from cinnamon bark; adds to the warming effect and the spicy scent.
- Mint oil — Essential oil from peppermint leaves; fresh scent and a cooling feel alongside menthol.
- Eucalyptus oil — Essential oil from eucalyptus leaves, familiar from chest rubs and steam inhalations.
- Grape seed oil — Light cosmetic carrier oil pressed from grape seeds; helps the cream spread and absorb.

How to use
The seller does not publish an application schedule in the product description — follow the directions printed on the pack.
